For travel agents and tour operators
Trip enquiries, itinerary PDFs in the chat and holiday-season offers for travel agents and tour operators.

Sound familiar?
The first week of October, and two seasons arrive at once: Diwali holidays and winter vacations. "Diwali pe Goa ka 4 din ka package kitne ka hai?" "Dubai visa kitne din mein aata hai?" "December mein Kashmir jaa sakte hain? 2 adults, 2 kids." Every enquiry needs five more questions before you can quote, and by then the family has three other quotes.
The itinerary goes back and forth. Version two went as a forwarded PDF, version three as a photo of the screen. "Is this the one with the houseboat?" Vouchers and payment screenshots are spread across your personal chat and your partner's phone.
Then the trip ends, and you have no list of who went where. The honeymoon couple from last year plans their anniversary trip with someone else, because nobody reminded them you exist.
What changes
GrowthDwar puts your website, your WhatsApp and your posters in one dashboard, in English or Hindi. No developer, no designer.

A website that shows where you can take people
You answer simple questions: agency name, type of business, logo, photos, services with prices, a short "about us", opening hours, address and Google Maps location. The website is written from those answers, in one of 8 designs.
List your trips the way people search for them, each with a photo and a starting price: "Goa 3 nights", "Kerala backwaters", "Char Dham yatra", "Dubai family trip", "Visa assistance", "Flight and train tickets". Use your own trip photos, or free stock photos where you have none. In "about us", say what trips you do best, and that visa approval is always up to the embassy.
Many families visit the office before paying, so the map and "Open now" status matter. Add your Instagram and Google reviews links. Use the free yourname.growthdwar.com address or connect your own domain.

Enquiries that start with the right details
Trips are planned, not booked into slots, so the simple message form fits most agencies. Ask travellers to write where, when, how many and a rough budget. Each enquiry is saved in your dashboard, and the traveller can send it to your WhatsApp in one tap.
On WhatsApp itself, a WhatsApp Flow asks the same questions as a simple form inside the chat.
Let the chatbot handle the first hello:
- A greeting with quick-reply buttons: Plan a trip, Pilgrimage tours, Visa help.
- Keyword rules: "package" gets your starting prices. "Visa" or "passport" goes to a person, because those answers need care.
- Optional AI replies that use information you give it, like package inclusions. Keep visa rules out of it.
- An out-of-hours message, because people plan holidays at 11 at night.

Itineraries and vouchers in the same chat
Send the day-by-day itinerary as a PDF, along with hotel photos and vouchers, in the same chat. Everything stays in the contact's history, so a colleague who picks up the chat sees the latest version. Name files with a version and date, like "Sharma_Kerala_v2_9Oct.pdf", and the houseboat question answers itself.
Saved replies cover the repeats. Type "/" and a shortcut: /docs for the ID each traveller needs, /inclusions, /payment or /cancel.
Private notes keep what the itinerary does not: "Anniversary on 12 Dec, wants a sea-view room, mother uses a wheelchair." Tags keep the pipeline sorted: "quote sent", "booked Dec".

One number for every desk, even mid-trip
Everyone replies from one business number. Create teams like Domestic, International and Visa, with automatic assignment and transfers between them. Response-time targets escalate an enquiry that waits too long, because holiday plans cool quickly.
On the Growth and Pro plans, travellers can call your number on WhatsApp, even mid-trip, when a cab is late at the airport. A voice menu routes the call ("press 1 for a new trip, press 2 if you are travelling now"), and the team answers in the browser. Once a customer gives permission, your team can also call them on WhatsApp to walk through an itinerary.

Holiday-season offers for people who travelled with you
When a trip ends, ask, "Shall we send you our holiday offers on WhatsApp?" and tag the ones who say yes by trip type, like "family trips" or "pilgrimage". Before summer vacation, Diwali or the year-end break, send a campaign to the right tag, now or scheduled, and see how many were delivered and read. If someone has not messaged in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta and go only to people who opted in. WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta.
Posters cover Diwali, Christmas and New Year, plus offer and announcement designs, with your logo, agency name and phone number added automatically.

A day in the life
Take an example agency, Yatra Point Travels in Navrangpura, Ahmedabad. It is made up, here only to show the flow.
-
At 9:30 a.m., Hetal, the owner, opens the dashboard. Four enquiries came in overnight from the website form, and two families filled in the WhatsApp Flow.
-
At 11, Bhavna on the domestic team picks up a Goa enquiry from the queue. A message that says "visa" is handed to a person, and Karan on the international team sends the document list.
-
At 2 p.m., Bhavna sends the Sharma family's Kerala itinerary as a PDF and adds a note: "Anniversary on 12 Dec, sea-view room."
-
At 6, a traveller in Shimla calls on WhatsApp because the cab is late. The voice menu sends him to "travelling now", and Bhavna calls the driver.
-
At 8, Hetal opens Posters, picks a Diwali design, adds "Winter trips now open" and shares it on WhatsApp status. She schedules the approved winter offer for the next morning, only to contacts tagged "family trips" who opted in.
-
At 10 p.m., the office is dark and the out-of-hours message takes over.

Can I send itineraries, vouchers and tickets on WhatsApp?
Yes. Photos and documents, like itinerary PDFs and hotel vouchers, go out in the same chat from your business number on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta. They stay in the contact's history, so anyone on your team can find the latest version.
How do I collect trip details without a long back-and-forth?
Use a WhatsApp Flow, a simple form inside WhatsApp, to ask for the destination, dates, number of travellers and budget. On your website, the simple message form lets travellers write the same details before they reach you.
Can I send holiday offers to people who travelled with me?
Yes, as campaigns to contacts who agreed to hear from you, filtered by tags like “family trips” or “pilgrimage”. If someone has not messaged in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta. WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta.
Can my domestic and international desks share one number?
Yes. Set up teams like Domestic, International and Visa with automatic assignment, and transfer chats between them. Everyone replies from the same business number in a shared inbox.
Can I try it first?
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. Connect your WhatsApp number, add your trips and publish your website in an afternoon.
