For coaching centres and tuition classes

Demo class booking, quick answers for parents and batch-wise updates for coaching and tuition classes.

Sound familiar?

Admission season. Board results are out, and every evening between 4 and 8 your phone rings through class. "Class 10 maths ka batch kab se hai?" "Fees kitni hai, installment ho sakti hai?" "Demo class milegi?" You cannot pick up mid-lecture, and the parent who called twice tries the institute across the road.

The rest of the year runs on WhatsApp groups. One for each batch, sometimes one for parents and one for students. A holiday notice gets buried under a wall of "ok sir" replies. A parent misses the test schedule and turns up upset at the gate.

Fee reminders feel awkward. Results go up on a notice board. And the good news, like a student who cracked a tough exam, never reaches the parents who are choosing where to enrol next year.

What changes

GrowthDwar gives your centre a website with demo bookings, the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta with a shared inbox, and poster designs. One dashboard, in English or Hindi.

A website parents can trust

You answer simple questions: centre name, type of business, logo, photos, courses with fees, a short "about us", timings, address and Google Maps location. The website is written from those answers, in one of 8 designs.

Write courses the way parents search for them: "Class 9-10 Maths & Science (CBSE)", "Class 11-12 Physics", "JEE Foundation", "Spoken English". Put the fee per month or per course next to each. In "about us", say who teaches, for how long and which boards you cover. Keep it honest; parents check.

Use real classroom photos. Publish in Hindi if your parents are more at ease in Hindi. Visitors see an "Open now" status, a map, a big WhatsApp button and your Google reviews link. Use the free yourname.growthdwar.com address or connect your own domain.

Demo classes booked without a phone call

Choose the time-slot mode and add a "Demo class" service for each course. The parent picks the course, a day and a slot from your timings. If your demos run only on Saturdays, the day-only mode is simpler. The booking is saved in your dashboard with name, phone, course, day and time. The parent can send it to your WhatsApp in one tap and gets an "add to calendar" link.

You can also use WhatsApp Flows, simple forms inside WhatsApp. Make a short admission enquiry form that asks the student's class, board and subject, and a feedback form for after the demo.

Answer parents while you teach

Type "/" and a shortcut to send a saved reply: /fees for the fee structure, /batches for timings, /demo for how demos work, /upi for payment details, /holidays for the holiday list.

Let the chatbot take the first message:

  • A greeting with quick-reply buttons: Book a demo, Fees and batches, Talk to a teacher.
  • Keyword rules: "fees" or "installment" gets the fee structure. "Timing" or "batch" gets the batch list. "Marks", "result" or "complaint" hands the chat to a person.
  • A menu in the visual flow builder: Class 6-8, Class 9-10, Class 11-12, Competitive exams.
  • Optional AI replies that answer using information you give it.
  • Business hours, so a message at 11 p.m. gets a reply saying when the office opens.

Batch-wise updates instead of groups

Tag each parent by batch: "C10-morning", "C12-physics-eve", "demo-not-joined". If your student list is in Excel, import it as a CSV file.

Now send a campaign to just that batch: a test schedule, a holiday notice, a parent-teacher meeting, a new batch. Each parent gets it in their own chat with your number, not in a group, and you see how many were delivered and read. Campaigns go only to parents who agreed to hear from you. If they have not messaged in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta. WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta.

Poster designs cover announcements for new batches and results, events like seminars, tips for exam season, hiring for faculty, and days like Teachers' Day, Independence Day, Ganesh Chaturthi, Diwali and New Year. Your logo, name and phone are added automatically. Share them on WhatsApp status and Instagram, where students are.

Many teachers, one number

Everyone replies from one business number in a shared inbox. Assign maths doubts to the maths teacher. Put admission enquiries in a team with round robin assignment. Leave private notes like "needs extra help in algebra" or "father prefers calls after 7 p.m." Parents can also call your number on WhatsApp, and the office answers in the browser with a voice menu: "press 1 for admissions, press 2 for fees". Roles and permissions decide what each person can do.

Copy, change, send

These are examples. Change the names, courses and fees to match your centre.

  • Greeting with buttons
  • Saved reply for /fees
  • New batch announcement
  • Demo confirmation

A day in the life

Take an example centre, Vidya Tutorials in MP Nagar, Bhopal. It is made up, here only to show the flow.

  1. At 10 a.m., Kavita, who runs the centre, opens the dashboard. Five demo bookings for Saturday came in overnight, each with the parent's name, phone, course and time.

  2. At 4 p.m., classes start and her phone stays in her bag. The greeting bot answers new parents, and the office assistant sends /fees and /batches from the shared inbox.

  3. At 5:30, a parent writes about her son's test marks. The keyword "marks" hands the chat to a person, and Kavita takes it, replies after class and leaves a note for the maths teacher.

  4. At 7, Kavita schedules a campaign to "C10-morning": "Unit test on Friday, chapters 3 and 4." Then she picks a Teachers' Day design for the centre's WhatsApp status.

  5. At 9 p.m., the office closes. The out-of-hours reply tells late messages when someone will be back.

Can parents book a demo class online?

Yes. Add a "Demo class" service for each course and turn on booking by time slot or by day. The parent picks the course and a day, the booking is saved in your dashboard, and they can send it to your WhatsApp in one tap.

Can I send updates to one batch without making a WhatsApp group?

Yes. Tag each parent by batch, then send a campaign to that tag. Each parent gets the message in their own chat with your number, so numbers are not shared with the whole group. Campaigns go only to parents who agreed to hear from you, using a format approved by Meta when they have not messaged in the last 24 hours.

Can several teachers answer parents from one number?

Yes. Everyone replies from one business number in a shared inbox, on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta. You can assign chats to the right teacher and leave private notes about each student.

Can the website be in Hindi for parents?

Yes. You can publish your website in English or Hindi. The dashboard also works in both languages.

Can I try GrowthDwar before paying?

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial and no card is needed. You can set up your website, connect WhatsApp and send your first messages before choosing a plan.
