How to disconnect your WhatsApp number, remove GrowthDwar’s access in Meta, or delete everything.

The short version

  • Disconnect a WhatsApp number from the app at any time.
  • Remove GrowthDwar’s access from Meta’s side too, if you like.
  • Ask us to delete your whole account, and we delete it within 30 days.
  • Customers of a business should ask that business first.

Disconnect your WhatsApp number

  1. Log in at app.growthdwar.com.
  2. Open Settings, then WhatsApp Accounts.
  3. Choose the number and delete it.

GrowthDwar stops sending and receiving messages for that number straight away. To erase its chats and contacts too, ask us to delete your data, as shown below.

Remove GrowthDwar’s access in Meta

You can also remove GrowthDwar from Meta’s side:

  • In Meta Business Settings, open Accounts, then WhatsApp accounts. Choose your account, open Partners and remove GrowthDwar.
  • On Facebook, open Settings, then Business integrations, and remove GrowthDwar.

Delete your account and all its data

Write to us at info@growthdwar.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my data” and the name of your business.

We will:

  1. check that the request really comes from you;
  2. delete your account, website, contacts, chats, bookings, posters and files within 30 days;
  3. email you when it is done.

We keep only what the law makes us keep, such as billing records, and totals that can’t identify anyone.

If you messaged or booked with a business

If you contacted a business that uses GrowthDwar, the business decides how your details are used. Ask the business to delete them.

If you can’t reach the business, write to us at info@growthdwar.com with the business’s name and your phone number. We will pass your request on and make sure it is handled.
