For real estate agents and property brokers

Site-visit booking, every enquiry in one inbox and new-listing alerts for real estate agents and brokers.

Sound familiar?

Sunday, 10:30 a.m., Thane West. You are driving a family to see a 2 BHK while your phone buzzes on the dashboard. A portal lead: "2 BHK under 1 crore hai kya, Ghodbunder side?" A tenant: "Rent kitna hai? Bachelors allowed?" A buyer from last week: "Kal 11 baje site visit ho sakta hai?" You reply at the red light, with one thumb.

By evening, enquiries have come from three portals, a Facebook ad and the board outside a project. Some got a reply three hours late, after another broker had already called. Your two juniors share the office phone, and nobody knows who promised whom a callback.

The listings live in a WhatsApp group of forwarded photos, where the same 3 BHK has two prices.

What changes

GrowthDwar gives you a website for the properties you are handling, site-visit booking, a shared inbox on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta, and poster designs. One dashboard, in English or Hindi.

A website for what you are handling now

You answer simple questions: business name, logo, photos, a short "about us", office hours, address and Google Maps location. Your website is written from those answers, in one of 8 designs.

For a broker, the services list is your listings. Name each one the way buyers search: "2 BHK resale, Vasant Vihar, 780 sq ft carpet". Add the price and a real photo of that flat. When it sells or rents out, change it the same day.

In "about us", write the areas you know street by street, how brokerage works, and your RERA registration number if you have one. Visitors see a map, an "Open now" status and a big WhatsApp button. Use the free yourname.growthdwar.com address or connect your own domain.

Site visits booked by the slot

Choose the time-slot mode. The buyer picks a property, a day and a slot from your hours. The booking is saved in your dashboard with name, phone, property, day and time. The buyer can send it to your WhatsApp in one tap and gets an "add to calendar" link.

Two tips:

  • Add a service called "Meet us: share your requirement" for buyers who have not picked a property yet.
  • The form does not know if the owner is home. Treat each booking as a request, check with the owner, then confirm.

Every enquiry in one inbox, on one number

Wherever the buyer found you, the chat lands in one shared inbox on your business number. Put your agents in a team with automatic assignment (round robin), so each new enquiry goes to the next person.

Tag as you talk: source ("portal", "site board", "referral"), requirement ("2 BHK buy Thane West") and budget. Leave private notes: "Loan pre-approved, wants east-facing, needs possession by March." The contact profile keeps the history, so the next agent does not ask again.

A response-time target escalates any enquiry that waits too long to you, and quiet chats auto-close.

Quick answers while you are on site

Type "/" and a shortcut, and a saved reply goes out: /visit for how site visits work, /docs for papers to check before paying a token, /brokerage for your terms, /office for directions.

Let the chatbot take the first message:

  • A greeting with quick-reply buttons: Buy a home, Rent a home, List my property.
  • A WhatsApp Flow, a short form inside WhatsApp, that asks buy or rent, area, budget, size and move-in month.
  • Keyword rules: "sell" or "rent out" hands the chat to you, because owners need the senior person.
  • Optional AI replies using information you give it, and an out-of-hours message.

On the Growth and Pro plans, buyers can call your number on WhatsApp. The office answers in the browser, and a voice menu sorts calls: "press 1 to buy, press 2 to rent".

New listings, only to buyers who asked

At the end of a first chat, ask: "Shall I WhatsApp you new 2 BHK listings in Thane West within your budget?" Tag the yes. When a new flat comes in, send a campaign to the matching tags, now or scheduled, and see delivered and read counts.

If a buyer has not messaged in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta, and it can only go to buyers who opted in. WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta. An old buyer list can come in by CSV import, but only the ones who said yes get campaigns.

Poster designs include new arrivals, offers and announcements, plus greetings for Gudi Padwa, Navratri, Dhanteras and Diwali, days many families like for a booking or a griha pravesh. Your logo, name and phone are added automatically.

Copy, change, send

These are examples. Change the names, prices and areas to match your listings.

  • Greeting with buttons
  • Saved reply for /visit
  • New listing
  • Site visit confirmation

A day in the life

Take an example agency, Desai Property Consultants in Thane West. It is made up, here only to show the flow.

  1. At 9:30 a.m., Nilesh Desai opens the dashboard. The weekend's site visits are listed with names and slots. He checks with two owners, then confirms the buyers.

  2. By noon, portal enquiries arrive on WhatsApp. Round robin hands them to Amit and Pooja, who tag each chat by requirement and budget.

  3. At 2, a message says "I want to sell my flat in Kolshet". The word "sell" hands it to Nilesh. He replies, books a visit to see the flat and leaves a note: "Expects 1.1 crore, flexible."

  4. At 4, a buyer calls the business number on WhatsApp from a society gate. Pooja answers in the browser, checks his chat and gives him the wing and flat number.

  5. At 7, Nilesh adds a new listing, shares a new-arrival poster on his WhatsApp status, and schedules the approved listing message to buyers tagged "2 BHK buy Thane West" who said yes.

  6. At 9 p.m., the office closes and the out-of-hours message takes over.

Can buyers book a site visit on my website?

Only to buyers who agreed to hear from you. Tag them by area, budget and size, and send each new listing as a campaign to the matching tag. If a buyer has not messaged in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta, and WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta.

My enquiries come from portals, ads and the board outside the site. Can one team handle them?

Yes. When buyers message your business number, every chat lands in one shared inbox. Put your agents in a team with automatic assignment, so each new enquiry goes to the next person, and tag chats by source and requirement.
