For jewellery shops and jewellers
Daily rate replies, store visit bookings and festive offers on WhatsApp for jewellery shops and jewellers.

Sound familiar?
10:30 a.m. The trays are going into the showcase, and the rate board is still blank. The phone has already asked three times. "Aaj ka 22 carat ka rate kya hai?" "Halka mangalsutra dikhana, 10 gram ke andar." "Purana sona exchange karte ho?" One staff member answers from yesterday's figure, another from this morning's, and a customer notices.
Wedding season brings photos. A bride's mother sends an Instagram screenshot: "Isse milta julta set dikhao." It lands on your son's phone while he is at the bank. On Sunday the family walks in, and nobody at the counter knows what they asked for.
Then Dhanteras comes round, or Akshaya Tritiya, and the families who buy on those days every year would like to hear from you first. Their numbers are in a ledger and a dozen phones.
What changes
GrowthDwar puts your website, your WhatsApp and your posters in one dashboard, in English or Hindi. No developer, no designer.

A showroom website that invites a visit
You answer simple questions: shop name, type of business, logo, photos, collections, a short "about us", opening hours, address and Google Maps location. The website is written from those answers, in one of 8 designs.
Gold prices move every day, so a fixed price on the website goes stale. List collections instead: "Gold chains", "Bangles and kadas", "Mangalsutras", "Bridal sets", "Custom orders", each with a photo and a line like "weight and price on request". Use real photos of your own pieces. In "about us", explain how you work out weight and making charges, and your exchange and hallmarking policy.
Visitors see an "Open now" status, a map and a big WhatsApp button. Add your Instagram and Google reviews links, and use the free yourname.growthdwar.com address or your own domain.

Gold rate answers you can stand behind
Rate questions arrive all day, and a wrong figure costs more than a slow one. Keep one saved reply, /rate, and make one person responsible for updating it each morning, and again if the rate changes during the day. Put the date and time in the first line, so nobody sends yesterday's rate by mistake. End it with a line saying the final price is set at billing.
Then let the chatbot help without guessing:
- A greeting with quick-reply buttons: Today's rate, Book a store visit, Bridal enquiry.
- Keyword rules: "rate", "bhav" or "gold price" hands the chat to a person, who sends /rate. "Exchange" gets your old gold policy.
- Optional AI replies for timings and exchange policy. Leave rates out of it.
- Business hours, with an out-of-hours message like "We share today's rate after 11 a.m."

Store visits for brides and big purchases
Turn on booking by time slot and add services like "Bridal jewellery visit", "Custom design discussion" and "Old gold exchange". The customer picks a day and a slot from your opening hours, the booking is saved in your dashboard, and they can send it to your WhatsApp in one tap. A booked bridal visit means the right person is at the counter and the right trays are out when five family members walk in.
Photos customers send stay in their chat history. Tag as you go, like "bridal Feb", and leave private notes: "Wedding 8 Feb, likes temple work, wants a lighter necklace for the reception."

One number for the counter, the workshop and the family
Everyone replies from one business number in a shared inbox. Assign bridal chats to the senior family member, repairs and custom orders to whoever works with the karigars, and transfer chats as needed. Response-time targets keep chats from waiting in the Dhanteras rush.
On the Growth and Pro plans, customers can also call your number on WhatsApp, and a voice menu sends bridal and repair calls to the right person in the browser.

Dhanteras, Akshaya Tritiya and wedding season offers
At billing, ask, "Shall we send you our festive offers on WhatsApp?" and tag the customers who say yes. Before Dhanteras, Akshaya Tritiya or the wedding season, send a campaign to the right tag, now or scheduled, and see how many were delivered and read. If a customer has not messaged in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta and go only to customers who opted in. WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta.
The poster designs include Dhanteras, Diwali, Karwa Chauth and Bhai Dooj, plus offer and new arrival designs. For Akshaya Tritiya, start from an offer design and write your own line. Your logo, shop name and phone number are added automatically. One tip: keep rates off posters. A poster gets forwarded for days, while the rate moves every morning.
Copy, change, send
These are examples. Change the names, timings and offers to match your shop, and fill in your own rate each morning.

A day in the life
Take an example shop, Kanak Jewellers in Johari Bazaar, Jaipur. It is made up, here only to show the flow.
-
At 10:45 a.m., Mehul fixes the day's rate and updates /rate with the date and time.
-
From 11:15, rate questions are handed to the counter, and Pooja sends /rate. A message with a design screenshot is assigned to Mehul's father, who handles bridal.
-
At 1 p.m., a bride's family arrives for their booked visit, and the sets she asked about are already on the tray. Afterwards, Mehul notes: "Liked the second kundan set, will decide after the roka."
-
At 3, the rate moves. Mehul updates /rate again, with the new time.
-
At 5, a WhatsApp call about a broken chain clasp goes to repairs through the voice menu.
-
At 8, Mehul opens Posters, picks a Dhanteras design, changes the offer line and shares it on WhatsApp status. He schedules the approved Dhanteras message for the next morning, only to customers tagged "festive buyers" who said yes.
-
At 9 p.m., the trays go back into the safe and the out-of-hours message takes over.

Can GrowthDwar tell customers today's gold rate?
Not automatically. Keep today's rate in a saved reply, update it every morning with the date and time, and your team sends it by typing “/” and the shortcut. We suggest keeping rates out of AI replies, so an old number never goes out.
Can customers book a store visit for bridal jewellery?
Yes. Turn on booking by time slot and add services like “Bridal jewellery visit” or “Custom design discussion”. The customer picks a day and a slot from your opening hours, the booking is saved in your dashboard, and they can send it to your WhatsApp in one tap.
Can I send Dhanteras and Akshaya Tritiya offers on WhatsApp?
Yes, as campaigns to customers who agreed to hear from you. If they have not messaged in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta. WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta.
Can customers send photos of designs they like?
Yes. Photos arrive in your shared inbox on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta and stay in that customer's chat history. When the family walks in, your counter can pull up exactly what they sent.
Is there a trial?
Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. You can connect your WhatsApp number and publish your showroom website in an afternoon.
