For event planners, caterers and banquet halls
Date enquiries, venue visits and package replies on WhatsApp for planners, caterers and banquet halls.

Sound familiar?
It is the second week of October. The muhurat dates are out, and every family with a winter wedding seems to message on the same evening. "14 Dec ki date khali hai?" "300 log ke liye veg package kitne ka padega?" "Sunday ko lawn dekhne aa sakte hain?" You are at a sangeet setup across town, typing with one hand.
Back at the office, the enquiry diary is in three handwritings. Two families were promised the same Sunday 11 a.m. visit. A tasting request sits in the catering manager's personal chat, and nobody is sure which brochure has this year's menu.
Then the season ends. The families who said "ghar pe discuss karke batate hain" are spread across four phones, with no note of what they wanted. Next year, you start from zero.
What changes
GrowthDwar puts your website, your WhatsApp and your posters in one dashboard, in English or Hindi. No developer, no designer.

A website that shows your work before the first call
You answer simple questions: business name, type of business, logo, photos, services with prices, a short "about us", opening hours, address and Google Maps location. Your website is written from those answers, in one of 8 designs.
In events, photos do the talking. Give each service your best photo and a starting price: "Mandap decor", "Haldi and mehendi setup", "Veg wedding menu (per plate)", "Banquet hall, evening slot".
The site shows an "Open now" status, a map with directions and a big WhatsApp button. For a banquet hall, that map works twice: for the family's visit, and for their guests on the day. Add your Instagram and Google reviews links. Use the free yourname.growthdwar.com address or connect your own domain.

Venue visits and tastings, booked without a call
Pick one booking mode:
- Banquet halls and lawns: booking by time slot, with "Venue visit" and "Menu tasting" as services. The family picks a day and a slot, the booking lands in your dashboard, and they can send it to your WhatsApp in one tap.
- Planners and decorators: the simple message form, where families write the function, date, venue and guest count.
The form books a visit or a call, not the wedding date. Your date diary stays the master record. For enquiries that start on WhatsApp, a WhatsApp Flow asks the same questions as a simple form inside the chat.

Package questions answered in seconds
Type "/" and a shortcut, and a saved reply goes out in full: /packages for inclusions, /menu for veg and Jain menus, /visit for directions, /advance for how a booking is confirmed. Send the brochure PDF in the chat, and it stays in that family's history.
Let the chatbot take the first message:
- A greeting with quick-reply buttons: Check a date, Book a venue visit, See packages.
- Keyword rules: "package" or "per plate" gets your package reply. "Date", "muhurat" or "December" goes to a person, because only your diary knows the answer.
- Optional AI replies that use the information you give it, like capacity and inclusions. Never date availability.
- An out-of-hours message for the family that writes at 11 p.m. after dinner.

One number for planners, the kitchen and the hall
Everyone replies from one business number in a shared inbox. Set up teams like Weddings and Catering with automatic assignment (round robin, load balanced or queue), and transfer a chat when a decor question turns into a catering one. Tag as you go, "Dec wedding" or "quote sent", and leave private notes: "Bride's side, pastel theme, decides after Diwali." Response-time targets escalate any chat that waits too long.
On the Growth and Pro plans, families can call your number on WhatsApp. A voice menu routes the call ("press 1 for hall bookings, press 2 for catering") and the team answers in the browser.

Stay in touch this season and the next
At every visit, ask, "Shall we send you our updates on WhatsApp?" and tag the families who say yes. When the winter menu is ready, send a campaign to that tag, now or scheduled, and see how many were delivered and read. If someone has not messaged you in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta and go only to people who opted in. WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta.
Poster designs cover Navratri, Diwali, Christmas and New Year, plus offers and events, with your logo, name and phone number added automatically. Share them to WhatsApp status and Instagram.

Reply to a date enquiry
Thank you, Sharma ji. As of today, the evening of 14 December is open. We confirm a date only after the advance, so do visit this weekend. Shall I book Sunday, 11 a.m.?

A day in the life
Take an example business, Shubh Vivah Lawns in Wakad, Pune. It is made up, here only to show the flow.
-
At 9:30 a.m., Rohan, the manager, opens the dashboard. Two venue visits were booked overnight, and four date enquiries already have the out-of-hours reply.
-
By 11, the desk is answering package questions with /packages. A message that says "December" is handed to a person, and the Weddings queue gives it to Rohan. He checks the diary and replies.
-
After the Mehta family's 1 p.m. visit, Rohan adds a note: "Liked the lawn, wants a quote for 350 guests with a Jain counter." At 4, Anil from catering reads the note in the same chat and sends the quote as a PDF.
-
At 6, the bride's father calls on WhatsApp, and the voice menu sends him to Anil.
-
At 8, Rohan picks a New Year's Eve event poster, changes the words and shares it on WhatsApp status. He schedules the approved winter menu message for the morning, only to families tagged "enquiry 2025" who said yes to updates.
-
At 10 p.m., the lawn lights go off and the out-of-hours message takes over.

Questions
Questions from event planners and caterers
Something else on your mind? Message us on Instagram at @growth_dwar.
Can families book a venue visit or a tasting from my website?
Yes. Turn on booking by time slot and add services like “Venue visit” and “Menu tasting”. The family picks a day and a slot from your opening hours, the booking is saved in your dashboard, and they can send it to your WhatsApp in one tap.
Will the website show which wedding dates are still open?
No. The booking form books a visit, a tasting or a call, not the event date itself. Keep your date diary as the master record and confirm dates in the chat. Keyword rules can hand every message that mentions a date to a person who checks the diary.
Can I send wedding season offers to people who enquired last year?
Yes, as campaigns to contacts who agreed to hear from you, filtered by tags like “wedding enquiry” or “corporate”. If someone has not messaged you in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta. WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta.
Can my planners, the catering manager and the hall manager share one number?
Yes. Everyone replies from one business number in a shared inbox on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta. You can set up teams with automatic assignment, transfer chats and leave private notes about each family.
How do I try it before paying?
Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, no card needed. You can connect your WhatsApp number and publish your website in an afternoon. After the trial, monthly plans differ by the number of WhatsApp numbers, team members and whether WhatsApp calling is included.
