For dental clinics and orthodontists

Chair-time booking, next-sitting reminders and one shared WhatsApp inbox for dentists and orthodontists.

Sound familiar?

It is 6:45 in the evening and the chair has not been empty since five. On the sofa, a man holds his cheek and stares at the door. The reception phone keeps buzzing: "Daant mein bahut dard hai, aaj dikha sakte hain?" "Cleaning ka kitna lagta hai?" "Mera braces wala appointment kab hai?" Lakshmi at the desk answers between patients and writes slots in pencil.

A patient finished the first sitting of a root canal in August, felt better and never came back. The six-monthly check-up list sits in a register nobody has time to open.

If you do braces, you know the rest. Adjustment visits get moved by text to the orthodontist's personal phone, at 11 at night.

What changes

GrowthDwar gives your clinic a website with chair-time booking, a shared inbox on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta, and poster designs. One dashboard, in English or Hindi. No developer needed.

A clinic website patients can trust

You answer simple questions: clinic name, logo, photos, treatments with fees, a short "about us", hours, address and Google Maps location. The website is written from those answers, in one of 8 designs.

List treatments the way patients ask for them: "Check-up and cleaning", "Tooth-coloured filling", "Root canal treatment", "Braces consultation", "Kids' check-up". Give each a fee, or a starting fee, and a photo of your own clinic. In "about us", name the dentists, their qualifications and the days each one sits.

Skip words like "painless" or "best in the city". Patients trust plain facts. Visitors see an "Open now" status, a map and a big WhatsApp button. Use the free yourname.growthdwar.com address or connect your own domain.

Chair time by the slot, sittings by name

Choose the time-slot mode. The patient picks a treatment, a day and a slot from your clinic hours. The booking is saved in your dashboard with name, phone, treatment, day and time. The patient can send it to your WhatsApp in one tap and gets an "add to calendar" link.

Three tips for a dental clinic:

  • Add a service called "Next sitting (ongoing treatment)". Returning root canal and braces patients book it, and the desk knows which file to pull out.
  • Add "Tooth pain: first visit" as its own service, so urgent patients stand out in the list.
  • Hours take one time range per day. If you close from 2 to 5, set the range you want bookings in and mention the break in /timings.

Front-desk answers, not dental advice

Most messages are about fees, timings and parking. Type "/" and a shortcut, and a saved reply goes out: /fees, /timings, /address, and /care for the aftercare sheet your dentist has written.

Set the chatbot up for the desk's job:

  • A greeting with quick-reply buttons: Book appointment, Fees and timings, Talk to reception.
  • Keyword rules: "fees" or "kitna" gets your fee list. "Braces" gets the consultation details. "Pain", "swelling", "bleeding" or "broken" hand the chat to a person.
  • An out-of-hours message with your opening time and a clear line: "For an emergency, please call 112 or go to the nearest hospital."
  • Optional AI replies that use only the admin details you give it.

A response-time target escalates any chat that waits too long to the clinic manager.

Treatment plans that survive between sittings

Tag patients as you go: "RCT in progress", "crown due", "braces", "check-up due". Leave private notes the patient never sees, like "RCT 36, sitting 2 of 3, crown after". The contact profile keeps the chat history, so anyone at the desk can see where a plan stands.

Send the written estimate as a document, so the patient can show it at home. Roles and permissions give each person only the access their work needs.

On the Growth and Pro plans, patients can also call the clinic number on WhatsApp. The desk answers in the browser, and a voice menu sorts calls: "press 1 for appointments, press 2 for braces".

Six-monthly check-ups that come back

Send campaigns to a tag, now or scheduled, and see delivered and read counts: a reminder to "check-up due", a nudge to "RCT in progress", new Saturday hours for "braces".

These go only to patients who agreed to hear from you. If a patient has not messaged in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta, and WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta. Ask after each visit, "Shall we send your next reminder on WhatsApp?", and tag the ones who say yes.

Poster designs cover announcements, tips, events like a school check-up camp, and greetings for Diwali, Holi, Eid and New Year, with your logo, name and phone added automatically. For tips, use only words your dentist has written or checked.

Copy, change, send

These are examples. Change the names, fees and timings to match your clinic.

  • Greeting with buttons
  • Saved reply for /fees
  • Next-sitting reminder
  • Braces review confirmation

A day in the life

Take an example clinic, Smile Square Dental in Indiranagar, Bengaluru. It is made up, here only to show the flow.

  1. At 9:30 a.m., Lakshmi opens the dashboard. Overnight bookings are there, including one "Tooth pain: first visit" at 10:30. Late-night messages already have the out-of-hours reply.

  2. By 11, she is answering fee questions with /fees. A message says "left side swelling since yesterday", and the word "swelling" hands it to a person. Lakshmi offers the earliest slot and tells Dr. Kavya.

  3. At 1 p.m., Dr. Kavya finishes a second root canal sitting and adds a private note: "sitting 3 next week, then crown".

  4. At 3, a mother calls the clinic number on WhatsApp, and the assistant moves her son's braces review to Saturday.

  5. At 6, Lakshmi schedules the approved reminder for tomorrow morning, to patients tagged "check-up due" who said yes. Dr. Kavya shares a Diwali greeting on the clinic's WhatsApp status.

  6. At 9 p.m., the clinic closes. New messages wait in the shared inbox, and the doctor's personal phone stays quiet.

Can patients book a dental appointment online?

Yes. Patients pick a treatment, a day and a time slot from your clinic hours, and the booking is saved in your dashboard with their name and phone number. They can send it to your clinic's WhatsApp in one tap and add it to their calendar.

Can we remind patients about their next sitting or six-monthly check-up?

Yes, as campaigns to tagged patients who agreed to hear from you, such as "RCT in progress" or "check-up due". If a patient has not messaged in the last 24 hours, the message must use a format approved by Meta. WhatsApp's message charges are billed by Meta.

Will the chatbot answer questions about tooth pain?

Set it up so it does not. Give the chatbot and AI replies only practical details like fees, timings and which dentist sits on which day. Use keyword rules so words like "pain", "swelling" or "bleeding" hand the chat to a person at the clinic.

Can the dentist and the orthodontist share one clinic number?

Yes. Everyone replies from the same business number in a shared inbox on the official WhatsApp Business Platform from Meta. Assign braces patients to the orthodontist's assistant and general patients to the front desk, and use roles and permissions to decide who can do what.

Can I try it before paying?

Yes. Every account starts with a 14-day free trial, and no card is needed. Publish your clinic website, connect your number and try bookings and replies with your own team before you choose a plan.
